In this 4-week course I will cover the topics such as

* What is the principle of calories in vs calories out - and how it is related to our topic?

* Calorie density - what is it?

* Why do most diets not work?

* Hunger - when is it real, and how to learn to notice real hunger?

* Intuitive eating - what skills are neccessary for it?

* Portion control - looking at the plate and making small changes when you hit a plateau

* Intermittent fasting - it's not just not eating

* How and why to measure yourself regularly if you have a goal

* Weight loss - what is the optimal pace?

* Muscle building/bulking - because some people want to gain...

By joining this program, you will get the ultimate guide - FOR LIFE - to transform your body and to make healthy choices – without the overwhelming calorie counting. You will never need another "diet" anymore.

How it works?

I provide you with

* a 20 minute workout every day (HIIT, LIIT, strength training, zone 2 cardio, Pilates, mobility and stretching.)

* a one-day meal plan weekly with recipes - 4 meals a day, so at the end of the course you will have enough plans to circulate over a week (note: the mealplan is not personalised, it is more of a guidance for healthy meal ideas)

* constant contact with your coach (me) via Messenger-, in a private Facebook group or direct email

* a ZOOM meeting per week, with Q&A session
