Workout at Home
You can do the exercises in your own living room without expensive equipment.

From beginner to advanced level
You can start with easier exercises, gradually increasing the difficulty of the workouts when you feel ready. I will guide you through from the very beginning, so you feel confident with your form.

Shorter and longer exercises
How much time do you have?
You can also choose a training program based on the time you can spend on working out. There are effective 15-20 minute workouts, and 35-45-60 minute trainings as well.

Variety of exercises
* Body and mind: pilates, stretching, mobility
* Low impact: LIIT, walkfit, strength, body-toning,
no-impact cardio, dance-fit
* High impact: HIIT,
HI-LO cardio,
* Senior training (specific exercises for balance, fall-prevention, and joint-health)

Peri- and post menopause can be very challenging for most women.
During the programme we learn how to manage the symptoms and what tricks can be used to get through this period -

Lower Body
This super efficient-, 22 minute workout has a great focus on the glutes-, quads- and hamstrings. You can easily do this workout in your livingroom, or in the park; you will need a sofa, a stable chair, or a bench, if you are outdoor.
Strong back
Bad posture is an epidemic - thank to our modern lifestyle. Opening the chest and strengthtening the back muscles is a must for all of us. Not to mention the pain, that we can alliviate from our shoulders, neck and back. Use this 20 minute workout to feel instantly better. You will need only a towel.
Mobility
Mobility is the key to move our body the way it should function. We work on the range of motion of all the bigger joints.
